This is classic Marian Keyes: Funny, quirky, ponderous,
The plot isn't phenomenal, which is totally fine - Keyes is all about characters. However, no plot for 18 hours is a bit much.
SQUAWKING THE TALK
A lot of reviews slate the Irish accents in this audiobook. I can't speak to that, but I thought Juanita McMahon delivered some real comic gems in her reading of this, her dry and yet cheery tone giving it a unique wit.
