Between the twin girls connection, the fantasy world and the missing sister storyline, this was creepy, creepy, creepy. Then terrifying. Job done.
I loved the premise, but in execution this is almost two books in one and the fantasy elements weren’t quite as much of a thread running through as I would have liked.

SQUAWKING THE TALK

Katie Leung dreamy tone is ideal in this context, sounding both ominous and wistful. Together with the soft edges of her Scottish accent, she’s basically hypnotic. Fab.
