STAR RATINGS GUIDE
Simply stunning.
THE BIRDICT
💜 I absolutely loved everything about this book. It's a proper book club type saga; the kind of intelligent, thought provoking story that actually changes how you think. So cleverly woven, so beautifully told. This is a must read.
SQUAWKING THE TALK
🎧 Fenella Woolgar has this velvety voice and an elongated pronunciation, giving her performance a dreamy quality. Honestly this woman could make the shipping report sound like an M&S advert. Even her German accent is authentic.
🎧 The production does a brilliant job signposting the different timelines. This important aspect of this novel could have been confusing, but was easy enough to follow.

Life After Life follows Ursula Todd as she lives through the turbulent events of the last century again and again. With wit and compassion, she finds warmth even in life’s bleakest moments, and shows an extraordinary ability to evoke the past.
